Online Purchases Only
 1. Return Eligibility:
 • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
 • Condition:
 • Items must be unworn.
 • In original condition.
 • Include all original packaging and documentation.
 • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. If items are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition, the refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer.
 2. Non-Returnable Items:
 • Custom-Made Pieces: Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 • Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 3. Return Shipping Costs:
 • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping cost (from Farzin Jewelry to the customer) will also be deducted from the refund amount.
 • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Farzin Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
 4. Refund Policy:
 • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
 • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–20 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
 • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
 5. Damaged or Defective Items:
 • Notify us within 48 hours if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery.
 • Provide photos of the damage for review.
 • If the claim is valid, a replacement or refund will be processed, and return shipping costs will be covered by Farzin Jewelry.
 6. Shipping & Delivery:
 • Orders typically ship within 7 days. However, some pieces may take 2–3 weeks to produce and ship.
 7. Offers and Discounts:
 • Online-exclusive offers and discounts apply only to online purchases unless otherwise specified.
 8. International Orders:
 • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
 9. Fraudulent Activity:
 • Any fraudulent returns (e.g., item switching) will not be refunded, and Farzin Jewelry reserves the right to take further legal action.
 10. Legal Disclaimer:
 • By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Farzin Jewelry reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
